I don't know a lot about XML.... ... but, if MS manages to use this to kill the other protocols (I know thats not their announced intention), how long would things remain open? How long to MS build Lock in code into the SOAP spec? Years and years of MS have just built up too much suspicion for me to be impressed by announcements like this. See ya Dan
