A team of leading intellectual property lawyers and computer scientists seek to create and deploy an online intellectual property exchange (IPX), with robust commercial and non-commercial functionalities, which is equally accessible to individual content creators, large media companies, consumers, and others. The system will massively reduce legal transaction costs for intellectual property exchanges. It will obviate, or eliminate the need for live legal consultation for platform-based transactions.
