I am glad to be a Canuck, this kind of S*** would not even be considered up here. I have many friends south of the border, and they show me that not all Americans are dumb s***s who are greedy to sue anyone and everyone. But there have been many a dumb case I have heard of, and this one ranks right up there with Wii'tarded.
Our court system is different here, and I am starting to appreciate it a little more... tho not much!
