Save money - save up during the summer to pay tuition in the fall. Likewise fall->spring.
Educate yourself - Tax form 8863 (Hope / Lifetime Learning credit).
Educate yourself - Utilize any and all employer reimbursement of tuition and fees.
Bingo, cheap, paid for college.
