Get a stack of zero clients and use vmware horizon view there are some out that support 4 DVI out, you can use DVI to HDMI cables for your connections.
You can set them to auto connect and connect on disconnect.
I work for a MSP and when we get to build our show place NOC like you are doing we will be using Zero Clients and a VDI Infrastructure back-end.
Well I hate to tell you this but us people from Texas are NOT dopes. Yes their are some people their that do not no what they are doing, however 99% of the people know what they are doing. Many of us are bound by the scope of support that they are handing out, as to what we can support and what we cannot support.
Our traning class was more of what you can NOT say than what you can say.
So do take note if you have to call Texas because most of us do know what we ared doing.
I'm right with you. I live out in a very small town. No Provider will put Cable, or DSL services in, and the fiber has been from our End Office to the CO that runs it. If someone would just put it in then they would probley make some mega bucks because of all the IT people in that area.

Where did all the Regular Cokes go??
Personally I Like the Dr. Pepper with the Pur can Sugar if I've got to stay up all night long.
If I don't have any of that The Regular Dr. Pepper, Coke, and Pepsi Have just as much sugar and caffine as most of those mentioned.
