Thank you for this info. However, in the past I have sent info to abuse@home.com and received an auto-reply with no instructions on how to escalate the request. Any other suggestions?
I encourage all @Home users (such as myself) to send comments to: customer.care@tci.net I told them I would discontinue service if this happens.
