I think everyone is missing the fact that this is the touch-screen movie iPod that people for dying for. A true video iPod, definitely in the $499 and $599 price range. That's how much the top of the line iPods are.
So, what's the problem with the price? I'd be happy that I'm getting a video iPod + the added benefits of a cell phone, WiFi, etc. for no additional cost!
