  1. Conspiracy? on Where are Wii? · · Score: 1

I would say that this is definitely not a conspiracy, whatever other causes may be out there. Restricting Wii's would be a good marketing idea, except when just before Christmas. The smarter idea would have been to start this a few months back, and begin to release them at Christmas shopping, close to Christmas day. Nintendo is not stupid. I doubt that they planned such a flawed system. The blame must be placed elsewhere, such as factories not producing enough fast enough. Even this is no cause to be upset. Just wait!

  2. Uh... on Why Do Games Still Have Levels? · · Score: 1

The idea of levels isn't just for loading screens. Can you imagine a Perfect Dark or MegaMan (with the exception of the *ahem* MegaMan Legends/64) without levels? And the Metroid series does have a type of level, as each part is independent of each other. Levels are simply there to divide the game, to make it seem not so overwhelming, to give respite, and to categorize missions/objectives!

  3. What is the Real Problem? on Street Fighting Robot Challenge · · Score: 2, Insightful

The problem I see with this, is that there is no point in fighting a war with robots, because the point of a war is to weaken your enemy, by killing off their people (soldiers). However, with robots, all that will be destroyed is robots and resources. No one cares. So what is the next step? trying to kill civilians and others off, using this robot technology. Singapore is starting a race for the next level of warfare. First nuclear was created, now robots.
