Nobody thinks that this is because this is the time that mom is needed at home to take the kids out on the regular day to day stuff. school, work, sports, friends, etc.?
I do not own a lenovo but that may be my next laptop. Great parts and long life are the most important with battery being next.
Right now I have a white macbook which I do CLI Linux development and XCode development. And i could do windows development too i guess...
I think the mac is the best but a lenovo would be very enticing to me because there would actually be a point to installing Linux on it. (OSX is built on BSD)
So choose what you want to develop and choose a laptop.
I have been FORCED to use this in high shcool and it is a huge infringement on our rights. When your kids or friends tell you school is communist WELL IT IS!

I think that we should get rid of Law Enforcement. Everytime someone's got somethin against a cop this is what happens.

True true I didn't read your post it's 00:00. But in the end it says when you want help you wont get any. I think all of us have our opinion and mine is that Law Enforcement is for after something happens and it is blatently obvious.
My fathers brand new car got hit by some pickup truck at Walmart and the cops told him that He did it. And walmart told my dad the cameras they have outside are fake.

The dell may be a fad but its really cool. :) ARM processor would be neat.

I am a MSDNAA member and have had Vista Business edtion for 11 days and I have notesed nothing but huge requierments for such little improvement.
1) First thing I notesed XP with new look, and win 2000 networking.
2) I have managed to use 1.06 GB of ram with just IE 7 FF6 WMP 11 ATI Catalyst and Messenger.
3) I read something about the 30% of your CPU thing -- it's true. I have Pentium D 930, two 3 GHz.
4) Hard to install some programs --AVG, games run worse, the translucency and "3D" stuff is nothing compaired to XGL.
5) Much needed apps such as windows Calender, Mail, Meetingspace is cool.
6) I like the new look i guess. Still 7 years after XP and this is what they give us.
