Newer versions of Microsoft Word will both export and import an XML description of a word processing document. Can Kword or any other Linux program translate XML formats?
Seems to me that two prominent things are missing from the equation when I've tried open-source office suites (really though i would be happy with a word processor as a start)
usability tests against "the potential truth" and against "the competition" (makes sense to create an open source process for this, no?)
marketing literature
If I've missed something please post a few links to more info... 2 cents....
ABCNews ran a story last week on TV of an air-powered car built in France that could get up to 70 miles per hour. It still only had a range of 120-150 miles though.
Basically all you have to fill up is a pressurized air tank and most gas stations have this anyway for tires. According to the story the only waste from the process was pure air and power was generated during an air temperature change which moved a piston.
If anyone knows where to find more info please let me know...
I don't see why you would need a special web server, etc. for WAP... it's just a different HTTP content type... and then the WML isn't any more difficult than HTML. What's the big deal?? yer_blues
I'm sure there are security cameras covering every square inch @ Disney World. Don't they just need to have somebody look for a geek with a Yankees hat at the locations described at an approximate date and time (this weekend) to see you and the anonymous engineer?
Don't forget to hit Celebration, Florida. It's somewhere around Orlando.... quite absurd and closely resembles the town in The Truman Show. We walked around there one night with a white van following us. Looks like it was intended as a Main Street USA replica that one could buy a house near.
... thing!
(I've tried neurofeedback... quite helpful if you give it 8-10 sessions)
