Nonsense, Facebook opened up their entire data sphere to the Obama campaign and then hired a bunch of Obama's analytics people after the 2012 election in order to sell those services to other politicians.
If foreign nationals are prevented from working on campaigns then how did the Clinton Campaign get away with hiring a British spy to do opposition research?
Do you honestly believe that no illegal immigrants campaigned for Obama and Clinton? Are you really suggesting that with a straight face? That no "Dreamer" volunteered at phone banks, etc?
Are you familiar with the efforts of David Brock's many organizations whose sole purpose was to astroturf the comments sections of all online news sites to shovel sleaze on anything Republican?
I haven't searched yet but I seem to remember Slashdot even praising Obama's data analytics which did far more than what they are criticizing Cambridge for doing.
It's another example of the Left already doing the things they accuse the Right of. Laws are only to be used as weapons against those who disagree with them. The hypocrisy is stunning.
"In a Sunday tweet thread, Carol Davidson, former director of integration and media analytics for Obama for America, said the 2012 campaign led Facebook to “suck out the whole social graph” and target potential voters. They would then use that data to do things like append their email lists.
When Facebook found out what they were doing, they were “surprised,” she said. But she also claimed they didn’t stop them once they found out" https://ijr.com/2018/03/107708...
That Vox story is ludicrous. They even say very clearly that they have no statistics to back up any of their suppositions. If illegals were interested in following US tax law and identity theft law they would've followed immigration law as well.
There is nothing in the constitution about MJ dispensaries. There is, however, plenty in the constitution granting control of immigration policy to the federal government.
It's worse than that. The "fake" social security numbers they used are stolen from real taxpayers who are then on the hook for the unpaid taxes years later.
You don't think that would be noticed? Come on, I understand the crypto crazies will believe almost anything but do you truly think they'll believe that would work?
Constantly moving to evade capture and the resulting downtime must be factored into your cost of operating. At some point it no longer becomes profitable.

Hillary is going to run again and whoa be unto anyone who dares stand in her way.
That is the entire purpose of a propaganda campaign. They've already moved on to the next piece of propaganda before the last one can be refuted.
It's amazing how quickly a post with a bunch of links gets modded to oblivion with "Informative" as the tag.

Well that search didn't take long...
Behold, "The Data Crunching Prowess of Barack Obama"

If you think it's bad now wait until the Tether scam is exposed.
"People don't go to prison for accidentally hitting a pedestrian."
Yes they do, all the time. It's called involuntary manslaughter if the pedestrian dies and it's truly an accident.

Fake SS numbers are rejected very quickly. They use stolen numbers from identity theft instead - another felony.
Not if one sets their withholding to zero on their W-4. You've never filled out a W-4 have you?
Are you the Russian Spy Troll sent here to make Democrats look even dumber? Well done.

Illegal aliens do not pay federal income taxes. A social security number is required for that.
By the authority of the people who elected their local leaders.
How to you negotiate a position based on a demand premise that may or may not exist next week, much less next year?
You don't think that would be noticed? Come on, I understand the crypto crazies will believe almost anything but do you truly think they'll believe that would work?
The story says that a single miner consumed 10% of a region's entire electricity alotment. A single electric vehicle is not going to do that.
