I'm 29, and my first game ever was Galaga (on coin-op arcade). I still love that game, the simplicity, playability and just fun factor. Easy to pick up, like so many other game of the 80s. Sometimes I still fire up Mame or a C64 emulator to play my old favorites and get nostalgic.
Many of the newer games require you to go much more in depth to really be able to enjoy them. Ah, well, I guess people in general only really love the stuff they have good childhood memories about.
