Reading the title I was excited because I thought someone solved the problem with projecting 3D into fog - but that is not the case. Seems like the media in general want everything to be 3D these days. And if it is not a flat monitor is must be 3D right ? - Interesting display concept but still only 2D as many people already pointed out.
I work for one of the partners in the wearIT@work-project (not on the project but close) and can tell you that this is not about augmenting cubefarms. If you take a closer look at the project goals you'll see that there are areas of work where computers (Desktop, PDA, Smartphone, etc.) are more hindering than helpful in their current form because you need your hands to work. When your work consists of typing at the keyboard and pushing mice then there is no need to wear a computer. If you need your hands for other tasks you need a better (no WIMP) interface. Holding a tablet-PC is mostly no option either - but it totally depends on the task. Thats why there is a lot of interest in investigating this topic every few years. The devices get smaller and faster.
But I can proove nothing, because this addition to my 'User_Talk' page has been quickly removed by somebody else (I won't tell names here, but I'll keep the screenshots in case...) shortly after it was written.
I guess somebody pushed the panic button then, because even the changelog has been removed. The only thing I have now is an email with a notification of change (of my User_Talk-page). But as said before, the changelog is empty...
This happens when you try to 'voluntary beta test'...
Sorry, but judging by your name, you are not a White American, and are thus unwelcome on the CiItizendium project. Please do not attempt to engineer articles.
I think I don't want to be a 'White American' anyway...

Yes, I am afraid I am serious about this...

I really don't feel I deserved this treatment...
