You should check out E-Gold. E-Gold Site Absolutely no chargebacks and a very robust API for automation. If you want to get US$ out of it you can visit any of the exchange providers for that. My site is one of them.
I provide E-Gold exchanges and used to use paypal. They flat out told me that they will not allow any E-Gold to paypal transactions. They are now holding my money for six months and have told me there is nothing I can do about it. It seems this is standard operating proceedure for these crooks.
