  1. Re:Why people won't watch Fox on Sarah Connor Chronicles — Why It Died · · Score: 0

That's good to know. I don't trust Fox News to report the weather without a political slant. I guess I'm crazy but I have a tough time having someone tell me I'm evil and then rewarding their company by watching their advertising.

  2. Why people won't watch Fox on Sarah Connor Chronicles — Why It Died · · Score: -1, Flamebait

Fox shows fail because Fox is a mainly a political organization. Why would anyone other than GOPs watch Fox when Fox actively promotes the downfall of anyone who is centrist or liberal? If Fox had their way, all Democrats would be beaten or murdered.

  3. Windows 7 runs great on old hardware on Windows 7 "Not Much Faster" Than Vista · · Score: 1

Well, maybe Windows 7 barely beats Vista in testing. But I installed the Win7 RC1 on my old Dell Celeron laptop and it runs great. I wouldn't even try to install Vista on that machine. I actually forgot I was on an old laptop after running Win7 for a while. Win7 is sweet even if it's mostly just a reconfiguration of Vista. I think the public will embrace it.

  4. It's just so pathetic on How Office Depot Pushes Service Plans On Customers · · Score: 1

I never had a problem with a business trying to earn money but these clowns are pathetic. Thanks for the info, I'll never let them know if I want to buy their "service plan" until I have a look at the product and have it in my hands at the cash register. It's just sad how these businesses race to the gutter. They have no integrity and deserve no respect. I think people should approach these businesses as they would a criminal in a black market deal, I do. Watch your back and know your stuff before you talk to them.

  5. Hearts of Traitors on South Carolina Seeking To Outlaw Profanity · · Score: 1

What more do you expect from the Traitor State? The Heart of Secession will never be a leader, never be a state to follow. If the US followed South Carolina's example, we'd be a third world nation today. Let them rot in their "moral" filth.

  6. free country? on In-flight Cell Ban Advances In Congress · · Score: 1

Here's a T-Shirt I'd like to see "IF I CAN'T TALK TO MY KID ON MY CELL PHONE, I SURE AS HELL AIN'T TALKING TO YOU!". Go ahead, take away my cell phone. I'll increase my hostility to those nearby. Why would I interact with the as*wipe in the next seat if I can't talk to someone I actually care about? They should call it the "Inflate the Hate" bill. They used to give tickets to cars going over 5mph for scaring the horses. That's the same mindset.

  7. Conflating hardware and software on How Do I Become an IT/IS Manager? · · Score: 1

I find this discussion very confusing. Network administration/helpdesk/IT manager and software engineer/programmer are very different fields. I understand how layman could mix the two areas. They're all computer-related, after all. But anyone with an IT or CS degree should know better. I think you should pick a discipline and stick with it. An IT manager has no need to keep up with the latest software design principles or language changes. A software engineer or programmer doesn't need to know how a network or email system is deployed or managed. Unless you've received specific on-the-job training in other areas, you should consider sticking to the area you studied in college.
