That way they can put the money back into the dozens of millions of dollars that Corzine cut from higher education. Unfeeling and selfish, I know. But I can dream of not losing my scholarship money before I'm done with a college I can't pay for, right?

You're confusing "more infrastructure" with "special infrastructure". "Special infrastructure" refers to something like a hydrogen/starch station specialized in delivering alternative fuels. With starch, you wouldn't need that - you can get starch off of a shelf. You're right in thinking that we would need giant warehouses to handle the giant demand, but it's much easier to build a warehouse with shelves than it is to build a gas station - and you can use a warehouse for other things.

The point wasn't "gas will now be the domain of the grocery stores", it was "you can pick it up off the shelf and go as opposed to sticking things in your car".

I went to www.profane-justice.org and clicked the "copyright" link. I get a OK/Cancel clickthrough stating "I agree to this site's terms of use and purchase" (in first person, no period, and not in question format). Not wanting to pay $5000, I click "Cancel". So then the site tells me "Entry onto this page or clicking on any document link indicates your express agreement to terms of use and purchase." And then it sends me to the page anyway! IANAL, but I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with that series of events.
