    From then on, I was just trying to avoid the situation where he said that I had made up either the whole thing or the emails where he agreed to multiple files. That's why I said I didn't want the $5000 or for him to reveal my identity. I thought that if he thought I wasn't going to say anything publicly it would make him feel more secure and more likely to talk to me and other people, and to tell the truth to comp.compression, thereby making it more difficult to deny everything later on. I said he could keep the $100 because I think that taking it back would be admitting that I failed or cheated.

    I just saw a movie yesterday named Project Mercury.. The Project Mercury was an NSA-encryption system, which an authistic child could break by just looking at it. Bruce Willis was saving the Kid from the NSA - Killers .. hmm, well, in the movie, the project just went down the shitter because it wasn't worth anything anymore, I hope this doesnt happen to the PDA ;)

    The whole MSVC AND enterprise tools install takes 851 MB (893.008.094 Bytes) (including full install of MSDN) .. GCC with it tools comes close to that, and doesnt have a as good help as MSVC does

    If you take it that way, a windows license is way cheaper than a redhat linux one...
    Another reason to use Windows (beside that its user friendlier, and its not as bloated as linux)..
    And yes linux is bloated, you need like 1.5 gigs with SuSe to have a somewhat working installation, with no fancy tools .. and my win installation takes like 400 and I have all tools I need :p

    get the VmWare image from www.ethernalquest.org/VmAtheOS.zip (95.8 megs) It contains AtheOS, and alot of not pre-installed packages inside (/atheos/packages) and sources inside /atheos/sources .. I'm working on the pcnet32 network driver right now, to have network support inside VmWare =)

    Take a look at AtheOS (www.atheos.cx) where the GUI is incooperated into the kernel. Its pretty slick! =)
