    US law does not extend outside of the US other, but people have, for example, been arrested for going to places like Thailand and having sex with underage girls and boys. He's still going to be liable to the UK court's decision unless he's never planning to return to his home country.

    If they are losing relevance than why would this even warrant a story? How would having even more people using Office be akin to losing relevance? It seems it would be the opposite.

    No, there is plenty that the government of Saudia Arabia does that makes it quite easy to refer to them as savages. Every culture is not equal.

    Saddam... Saddam... Wasn't he the one who Don Rumsfeld was chummy with in the 80s and who the Reagan Administration was giving tanks, missiles and technology so he could produce chemical weapons? Oh and who also gave him satellite imagery so he could bomb civilian targets in Iran?
