Bynari has the ability to allow calendar sharing both on the server and client side.
On the server said, CalDAV *and* SyncML have been added. Insight WebClient allows native sharing with iCal formats.
On the Outlook side, look for ical support (coming soon) that will allow any email clients that support iCal to share calendars with Outlook.
