This is such a "major shift" that (once again, from TFA): The NSA's new domestic role would require a revision of the agency's charter, the senior intelligence official said.
Maybe it's not such a bad idea: get your upgrade now, and then you end up not having to pay all those months of maintenance and service that you contracted for!
My God man, do you not remember those old Thor cartoons? Have you forgotten all the mayhem and destruction wrought with that damn hammer of his??
