It is interesting that DVD/CSS is trying to pass this change considering the MPAA and others are trying to push for some form of fair copying Blu-Ray and HD-DVDs to other devices.Are the DVD folks just dumb? There are many people willing to pay for the DVDs legally. What does it matter where or how they watch the content from the purchased disk. I am tired of being treated like a criminal/priate. There will always be a sub-group of people that want something for nothig but should I be punished because of them. NO NO NO!
Does the MLB want to loose the few remaining fans they have after their greedy strikes? Good job MLB sue your own fans and loose the few that you have left
It is interesting that this case will continue considering the article a few days ago entitiled MPAA Committed To Fair Use and DRM. The MPAA nows seems somewhat willing to give into fair use for DVDs. IF they want to show us they are committed to fair use then this should now not be an issue for them and they can call off their partners DVD Copy Control Association. Just my thought!!!
