  1. Late Pleistocene Whining on How Can I Make Testing Software More Stimulating? · · Score: 1

    Soul Skill,

Your question is so totally not an issue. Software testing protocols have been set up for decades now, and that makes them basically an ancient crossroads on a land bridge that existed before the Last Glacial Maximum. That happened sometime toward the end of the Pleistocene.

Go out, find a date with a human (man or woman), and chug some bottles of beer. Testing isn't the tyrant you make it; in fact, testing is something like the feeling that builds up just before a male orgasm: You know something's happening, but you're not entirely sure what may come out. Still, any excuse will serve a tyrant. I read that somewhere.

If you can't find a date, come to Punta Gorda. I'll make you crab cakes with mango chutney and an Old Fashioned, and we'll test the waters, which are easier to test than code. Otherwise you may become Soul's Kill, and we don't want that. We don't want that at all. So very messy.

    Best,
