I have been infrequently researching DNSBLs for a few years now, and I am almost finished documenting my findings here:

Its a wiki page for an anti-spam filter that I help develop and maintain this web site for - but the article is completely neutral POV and devoid of any product references. Its my assessment of the DNSBLs that I use and recommend.
