  1. Re:Cyber Bullying... on 'Dangers of the Internet' Resolution Passed By Senate · · Score: 1

The problem with applying parental control is the parents often don't care and see what their child is doing as "a necessary act for the betterment of society." They're the sort who will often make claims that they were bullied growing up and it helped them become stronger people. It really is sick seeing how American society not only tolerates the bullying that occurs, but justifies it. Often its like seeing rapists and rape victims coming together to proclaim that rape is a necessary part of life that will make people stronger as they overcome the psychological trauma.

    Absolutely sickening.

An American government democracy (as in the democracy they wish to export) is a puppet government that allows the puppet masters (which are not the people of the country) to control them. That's why Iraq's government was unacceptable. After all look at Vietnam. Peace was brokered between two rulers and fair elections were held. One of the leaders was elected and the other refused to relinquish his power as he had promised. Guess which leader America went to Vietnam to support? If you said the democractically elected leader head back to history class. It was the dictator that America supported.

No, for quite some time the American government has been against democracy abroad. Once America awakens and breaks the self-induced two-party dictatorship just hope that neither the Democrats or Republicans hold much military might. Otherwise we might need to use our second amendment rights.

Here in the USA we have a Republic. Well done, by employing this meme (however technically true it may be) and shifting the focus away from the actions of our representatives and onto the fact we are a Republic you help stop people from judging the politicians. I'm sure both the Democratic party and the Republican party salute you.

Democracy hasn't seemed to work all that well lately, at least in a two party system. That's because we believe we have a two-party system and so we do not vote for the other guys. The second America wakes up from its self-induced slumber and actually begins involving itself in the democratic process once more is the day we win back our freedoms.

I can find plenty wrong with a company that places pressure on corporations to do what they know they already planned to do just to score sonme political points. What did greenpeace gain by doing this? They ensured that the corporations did not change their mind. They ensured that a spotlight was placed on the important issue of the environment. When you have the so-called leader of the free world arguing about whether or not the current state of the environment is man-made instead of asking what can be done to ensure our way of life continues, any and all spotlight and attention placed on treating the environment well is not only good, but necessary. All greenpeace achieved was putting that spotlight on the environment in a way to encourage better treatment of it, and it gained some credibility.

I see nothing wrong with either of those aims.

Aaah, you must be an American. For it is only an American who is guided by his leader that could find anything wrong with people who dare to place pressure on corporations to be more environmentally friendly. The reason you're leader is so recklessly willing to endanger the environment is because his riches come from oil, a terrible source of pollution.

So continue on with your anti-environment trolling, I am sure your president appreciates` your efforts, consumer.

And why doesn't every article about a new Sony or Lenovo machine mention that it is not only capable of running Windows, but Linux and OpenBSD as well? Because the amount of people that use Windows pales in comparison with the amount of people who use Linux and OpenBSD, as such the amount of people interested in whether or not a machine can run Windows is of interest to far more people.

Your attempt to introduce race into this issue is unwarranted. Congressmen do not care what color someone's skin is, they merely care how much money the person has. A nigger's dollars are worth just as much as a white man's, the reason you might think congressmen prefer white men's money to nigger's is because there aren't as many rich niggers as the structure of society works against the poor becoming rich with the years of slavery and then further discrimination ensuring that most niggers were poor.

So do not make any mistake. A nigger can bribe a politician just as well as a white man, they simply need to have as much money as a white man.
