Only a tiny fraction of the computing public eat an sleep code all day. In my opinion, WYSIWYG tools can only help Linux penetrate the masses. If we are talking HTML editing, or linuxconf, it's all the same. Forcing the masses to eat code is not going to help the dream of Linux domination.
