The AC (needed in hot weather) takes its energy from the battery, which depletes it. Why do you think it doesn't run out?
Do whaaat? Never heard of a car AC running off electricity. Every car I've ever owned and have seen has a big honkin belt attaching it (the compressor) to the crankshaft.
I started college in August of '99. On September 9th, we received an interesting lesson on the use of sentinels when all of a sudden a bunch of software using 9999 for a sentinel stopped working.
I can feel that pain.
We have apps we have to support written in QuickBasic 4.1.
These apps control machines that cut pieces of plastic used for medical implants.
Scared yet?
No shit! I was waiting on the local shop to rotate/balance the tires on my car while playing. I got up and went to the bathroom to blow into the mic as to not look *too* retarded:P
AllAdvantage was pretty handy for the college drinking fund.
I remember Dialpad all too well, it was my parents' tool to harass me every single weekend for hours on end on the phone.

I agree. I wouldn't give up my new Goat though for anything, it's hella fun to drive.
