Well, I live very close to Orlando. My family moved here before I did, back in January. For our local phone service, we have Sprint instead of Bell South, which struck me as kind of odd. My family told them we needed three phone lines installed in the house. When they finally moved in, they found out that not only hadn't the three phone lines been installed, but no phone line at all. My mother managed to make a call from a neighbor's house and complained to Sprint. It turned out that Sprint had no idea how to install three phone lines in one house, so they just didn't try. And they didn't bother to leave a note or anything. Ain't that a tragedy of some sort? Anyway, my mother bitched at them and got them to come out and at least install one phone line in the meantime while their engineers figured it all out.
