couldn't you release a script online that runs this command, elevates the user to root, disables the firewall, enables vnc and then sends you a message letting you know that the machine is now open for the season?
I don't know how many people look at scripts that they download, but I am sure there a quite a few who would download a script that claims it does something involving itunes. They wouldn't even look at what it does, and their machine would be "penetrated" btw, that was funny as hell.

the run program is still there: press the window key + r, or just edit your start menu settings so that it displays.
