Whenever my manager has a question about an e-mail I sent, she prints it out and brings it into my office. And whenever she wants a change made on the website, she prints out the admin page, writes in the new values, and gives it to me.
What she should really do is put the printed copy on a wooden table, take a picture, then e-mail that picture to me!
