Agreed. Their arguments should fall on deaf ears - the problem is that they fall on uneducated ears. Most judges have no idea what goes on in the real world, let alone in the world of technology.
If their packet shaping goes through, Canada's internet go down the crapper... all we need is content filtering - uhm..if ISPs are that concerned, offer services like netnanny for free..parents should be taking onus for what their kids browse!
