This whole idea is a giant pile of stupid. TFA even mentions why it is so spectacularly wrong-headed.
In my whole voting life, I will be immune from this attack. There are more booths for voting than people marking names of those who voted. That is because when in the voting booth, people spend substantially varying times deciding how to vote.
Electronic voting is bad, but this is not one of the reasons.
