It wasn't that he trusted that America hadn't launched a preemptive strike, it was that he doubted we would have launched one missle at a time in a preemptive strike PLUS the satellite warning of the launch was suspect. I think if he (or anyone for that matter) had seen a massive launch the situation would have escalated.
While I'm disappointed that Mudders didn't pull this off, the fact that the cannon now resides in MA delights me to an exceeding degree. They can't just make these guys drive their flatbed truck 30 miles down the 210 and return it.
Mod Parent Up. This solution was the most satisfactory for me. The space in the link obviously shouldn't be there. Once you've got the fonts installed, xterm -r -font & in X11 and you're ready to go. LORD never had it so good.
The long story is that you have to go to the "System Preferences" application, click on the "Sharing" panel, and check the box marked "Personal Web Sharing".
Come on. That's how they want you to start/stop apache and I think it's annoying too, but for configuration httpd.conf is as it should be.

I read in Discover that Square Pictures is done after this. They don't plan to do any more movies, funded or no.
