How do you know that the balls are red and blue? Where are the balls? How fast are those balls moving? If you know where the balls are specifically can you know the momentum of the balls? Do you have a cue stick and cue balls to fire at where you think billiard balls may be to see if what color the ball is?
This is kind of abstract...but these are more questions you should ask
