Fact? I don't ANY scientific theory or law can ever be classified as fact. A valid model... sure. It would be more accurate to say that a lot of evidence supports the model of evolution.
I find it really disturbing when scientists start to call models as facts. When one believes something to be a fact, they stop looking for answers.
Do you seriously believe that if you ask the citizens of North Korea or Iran, they are going to be any happier with US government policies than their repressive governments?
