Um, stop trying to sound like you're some fucking sword master. I've been using swords for over 14 years and I don't consider myself anything but a user, but I can tell you this... Shadow Knight is right on, what sword did you use that was more than 10 pounds? and did you hold it for more than 5 minutes? It probably just *felt* heavier because most tai chi swords and katanas made today are horrifically unbalanced (or spring steel-puke). Dragon Slayer project represents a cultural highpoint and it's badass!
I find the most dangerous part of this event is the use of Police force. More and more, they are being pulled from important duties and being used in this *attack dog* role on kids who have done nothing *physically criminal*. Most police deal with violent crimes and are prepared for just that. Turning them loose on kids with computers is terrifying. And police don't become police to terrify children, they want to do something important like stopping physically harmful crimes and drug trafficing. I mean, we got into this whole puter thing because it was physically harmless in the first place, right? If you want to take legal action for something, fine. But involving police with mace, pistols, sticks, cuffs, boots, laws, and a background in hurting bad people is way unecessary. Their involvement is just a pathetic demonstration of the cowardice of the parents and administration against something they don't understand, and clearly don't want to. Use lawyers and send a letter next time for Xhrist sake! This is all just my opinion and I don't present any of it as fact.
