I can see how some would get this upset but I do think it is a bit silly to sue Apple over the matter - it's just the way commerce works! On the oterh hand, the ringtone issue is crazy. I am absolutley embarrassed how end-user unfriendly the iPhone has become - very un-Apple like in my opinion. I would venture to guess that the iPhone is now the most uncustomizable cellphone on the market!! Am I upset enough to sue - NO. Doesn't really make sense to me.
