This country never ceases to amaze me. Isn't the very reason that we have police to protect the innocent?
A District Attorney quoted: "It's not a prank, people's lives were in danger."
For what reason would the victims be in danger? After all, if they hadn't done anything wrong, why would they be in danger? Is it common practice for police to start shooting people?
