I'm curious how voice actors are treated, for example in Pixar or Dreamworks animation films.
I think at least with Michael Hollick's situation, he should be able to get the same deal as the people doing major voice roles in Hollywood films (granted, many people doing these roles in films have name recognition that Mr. Hollick does not currently have).
