So to the topic... The US Constitution spells out specifically what powers congress has. I don't see anything here about aducation: http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.articlei.html#section8 The more the federal government influences education, the worse it gets. Give it back to the state and local governments.

Then individual airlines could have clauses in their ticketing agreements like "Access for Suitably Surveyed Customers to Lousy Overcharged Wireless Networks.

Seriously, what's the obsession with rediculous names for laws? PATRIOT, PRO-IP, CAN SPAM to name a few. If this law was called, for example, "On board communications act, 2008," I'd have a lot more time to listen to it.

Seriously, most people actually believe the title of the bill. I have found that the title usually says the opposite of what the bill actually does.

Compared to all the other crappy media that sites tend to have these days, centralizing distribution of a bunch of Javascript libraries makes almost no sense. I doubt it would even appreciably reduce your bandwidth costs. Please! This is a great solution to reducing bandwidth costs whether they are monetary or just reducing the burden on your own servers. AOL already hosts AJAX libraries for this purpose. Although the AJAX libraries try to remain small, there size can be significant. Utilizing a fat piped resource to host these libraries? Smart move.
