If you NEED windows, why don't you just buy it, I think this means that Windows satisfied a need you have, and it deserves to be paid for

You are talking about the media while I am talking about the copy right, when you copy Windows or Office, you simply steal the copy right from Microsoft, it is simply like faking money, if you print your own money at home, is this right?

No it is not different, you are violating a license and violating the law, if everybody is free to choose which law to follow and which to not follow, so find somebody can say "I don't think rape is a crime, so I will rape whenever I like". PERIOD It doesn't matter how much you repeat it to yourself that pirating software is different than stealing, it will still be stealing and violating a license.

So you say that the book author or the artist did a better job that he deserves to be paid for, while Microsoft somehow could make a software that happens to be good enough to make gaming possible, and a whole market of gaming and entertainment evolved because of this, but still they don't deserve to be paid, and the reason is because they make so much money, SWEET

So for the same reason you don't buy books, or art or music, as long as I can copy it I don't care. Sweet principles

If you walk into a store and you found a $1000 suit, and you can't afford it, you can't just take it and say they are over pricing it, this doesn't make sense especially if accross the street you can find the thrift store that has a reasonable suit for free!

Why don't you use Linux for free instead of stealing??? I don't understand really

  8. You are all idiots on Microsoft Readies Ad-Supported Office Starter 2010 · · Score: -1, Flamebait

Microsoft Office 2010 Starter Edition is the replacement of Microsoft Works, and it will be bundled with the new machines that already comes today with Works. This would boost Microsoft office business even more, because there is no more Non-Ribbon office applications in Microsoft platform, even Wordpad got ribbons in Win7, which means people will be extremely familiar with the ribbon. One more thing, anybody says he hates the ribbon is a big IDIOT, the ribbon is the best UI component ever released, and if you just can't admit it, go f*** yourself. or sleep with your OpenOffice.

"Snow Leopard did do a better job of recognizing the hardware -- it did it without a hitch" Sure it does, Apple did both Software & Hardware, if it didn't recognize any hardware part suing them would be a right thing to do. on the other hand I am still amazed on how Microsoft can manage to support this huge number of hardware parts that they didn't even know about, and not even exist yet.
