If you were playing a single player game then there wouldn't be a problem. But your not - your playing an MMO with other people, most of who play according to the agreed upon rules. If you don't like the way the game plays, then don't play. Your arguments to the contrary are just rationalizations to try to cover up the fact that you are a cheater.
So a malicious website can get you to click on a link or button of another website. Could someone explain to me how this could be used to do anything other than inconvenience the user - "ha ha loser, you thought you were clicking on that free porn button but i just made you click on the Delete All Email button".
As for a solution, couldn't users install something like Stylish (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2108) and add a rule to put a bright red border around all IFRAMEs?

IPTC already allows you to do this. And it's well supported in lots of different apps - Irfanview, GIMP, Photoshop ...
