Me too. In fact I run one - at the above URL. We migrated from the old DOS-based RemoteAccess to the Web when it became obvious that there was a mass migration happening, and it was a case of 'adapt or die'. We didn't want to die.
Having been established for 9 years as a dial-up BBS, we already had a good user base - I'd hate to try starting one from scratch - so it was a case of running the Web version and the Dialup side-by side for a good six months before finally committing to the change, but eventually there were enough users logging in to the Web-based BBS to do it.
The next challenge was finding suitable software. BBSers don't generally relate well to the 'usenet' style of most Internet-based forum software, so we went through a few variations before biting the bullet and writing our own. It's still not finished, but hey, it works!
Anyway, enough rant. Suffice it to say that we're still around, although there may not be many of us. I'd throw a couple of other related URLs in too, but while the aforementioned threat of an 'influx of slashdotters' is fine to risk on my own behalf, it's not a thing I would willingly expose others to.
