Do you think for one moment that it's POSSIBLE that he was only doing his job to the best of his ability? I've done this kind of work for Staples, and I got NO support in the way of dvds to store test files on, let alone a burner or external drive. I for one am going to assume the tech was doing his job as best he knew how, found some nasty *hit, and turned the guy in. If I'm proven wrong, then I'll apologize and call for the tech's head right along with the rest of you for the REASON for the search and NOT for the RESULTS. I just hope to God that all of you out there calling for the tech's head are childless. If you have kids, you should be thanking God that somebody cares enough to do the right thing in spite of the circumstances.
