The RIAA is able now to use technology at its aid, but is it enough? Consider seeqpod (and my related blog entry: http://www.hurox.com/u/simplemind#simplemind.blog ), it lets users search for music by aggregating the vast number of small scale 'pirates'. How can big media fight that?
