Is this the sort of technology used in those (Tokyo) Disney rides, like Pooh's Hunny Hunt and some water-based one?
Every ride seemed to be different, and the cart would just go and do its own thing.
Any tradesman in Perth/Western Australia should have a decent house and car as they earn more than our doctors and have a head start of about 6-8 years too. If they don't blow it all on alcohol. I have friends who paid cash for their first and second houses and they're only 24/25 after working on the mines for a few years.
While I don't know anything about US specific pricing structures, this can't be the only reason as here in Aus we have plenty of Nokia phones subsidised by the carriers. These carriers still manage to charge outrageous prices for data, voice and sms (25c/sms).
