I believe that should be '5 fewer customers'?
As a recent born again linux user (I have scorched XP from 4 out of the 5 machines I run here in favour of Ubuntu) I am very interested to know that newer versions of Window are dropping support for legacy games/apps/documents. The evidence suggests that this is the case indeed.
