If Microsoft wasnt so gay and supported other Operating Systems with Windows Media I would tend to follow the drift it would be better.. but when they are closed standard bastards and wont support nothing out side of Windows... how can people suport WMP... It may have its advantages but if your not running windows your support kinda lacks due to microsoft's unwilling to share...
Same people that bicker when their dialup goes down for maintance and swear their loosing their life savings over it (I delt with this when I did TS For BS...) and we did routine Maintinace.
Ok, I am not denying that I.E. Isn't a great browsier but does Microsoft care to support Linux, BeOS, FreeBSD??? I dont see them releasing their browsier to those Oses... How can one state Microsoft's Browsier is soo standard when they leave out support for many Operating Systems..
Come on guys... I really wish the RIAA would grow up... They go against mp3s, but they never go against Cassettes or MiniDiscs, or DAT...... Ohh wait, they would get laughed at for suing Sony or Panasonic, they gotta go after the little guys like Napster... They are not suing Real Networks for their Music Jukebox software that allows you to ripp cd's and encode mp3s, their not going after microsoft for providing a player that will play mp3 audio with their Windows 98 SE OS.... why go after Napster...... Get a life guys!.

Hello, I beleive the support for Napster is well deserved... Yes, some people would disagree but the RIAA needs to stop trying to control the world.
The opensource Napster Project got Slashdoted so they are not allowing anymore downloads of their product until 1.0..... ;\
