But further, do you even want to follow a being so evil that he first creates you, then demands if you don't do what he wants he will cause you to burn and be tortured forever? Sounds like an evil God to me. And yes I knew he would say his way is right, I just don't understand yet, but so might have Hitler.
Although, as a former minister, I would say that "burning in hell" is figurative anyway. Its not literal. Its just meant to say that we could have returned to God, but through our actions we are unable to return (for heaven must be kept clean else it would stop being heaven), and the resulting self-pity and anguish is similar to fire and brimstone.
The existing clone wars cartoon starts before Anakin is a Knight (ergo he has not padawan), and the series ends at the very beginning of Episode III.
When will the new movie/tv shows take place? In between the existing episodes? I hope that fits more seamlessly than I expect.
