Did anybody notice on page 3 of this report the quote from Juvenal?
Quote: "Sed quis custodiet ipsos custodes?"
Translation: "But who shall guard the guardians."
Domestic surveillance is suppose to be used to protect us, but what happens when the governments start to abuse their power. Who will protect us from them?
The answer is that the people should guard the guardians. Government should be accountable to its citizens.
We need to start making some BIG noise about these issues before it's too late.
