I have an Athlon 750 on an Abit KA7 MB dual booting win98 and red Hat 6.2 just fine. I had NO problems install or upgrading Linux on my box. I was sure that I was going to have to setup another box to install Linux on because of all of the hardware in my box. Linux had a few problems installing on 9 gig Atlas IV, but once I moved it from the third SCSI bus to the first it was happy. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the installation, the last time I installed Linux was in the 1.x.x kernel days. Other than the drive install problem I haven't had any problems at all.
